23rd December 2009: JCDS (UK) Ltd receive a Special Delivery letter from the Royal Mail's lawyers addressed to Mr James Cauty and Mr S Low trading as L-13.

The letter is dated 4th January, it makes accusations about infringing intellectual property rights, the passing off of property, a breach of contract, and asks for a response within 14 days with an agreement to cease and desist, pay the RMs legal fees and pay an undisclosed figure in compensation.

18th January 2010: After a period of careful consideration, Mr James Cauty and Mr S Low trading as L-13 respond in writing to the Royal Mail's lawyers.
